tips to resolve the problem. In the event that you still
experience problems, all that is required is that you place the letters
"RMA" in front of your invoice number and write it on the return package
and send it back. Please supply us with a test printout of the copy quality
problems you were experiencing with the cartridge so that our supplier will
grant us a replacement. |
