Epson Chip Resetter / Re-programmer
We have a new style Resetter available with a few more advantages than
our KCE10 & KCE20. Even though both are great Resetters, especially for the price, our
newer style has a few advantages.
1.) Our new Resetters make it possible to reset the "Smart
Chip" without having to remove it from the cartridge. This in itself is good
because the handling of the chip and touching of the chips metal contacts is highly not
recommended. The oil from a Human hand would be enough for the printer to reject the
cartridge.
2.) No breaking of parts. Every time you remove the chip
from the cartridge you risk damaging it as well as the plastic "tit" that guides
it back into its original position.
3.) The newer style Resetter has an integrated battery that has a
3 year shelf life. No more having to waste money on replacing and spending as
much money on batteries as you did for the Resetter. You get hundreds of re-programmings
from the same battery!
4.) 2 Step Process. Simply place your cartridge on a flat
surface, slide the Resetter up to the keyed area, hold for 6 seconds and wall-la, the chip
is reset and ready for installation.
